It all started with a vision. Deliverance Chapel was founded by the late Superintendent Elijah Kelley, Sr. and Missionary Geneva Kelley in Dallas, Texas. Their desire was to please the Lord and do a mighty work in the community. What started as a small vision grew in substance. The anointing on their lives drew souls near and far.
